13. Click on the first keyframe of the Layer 2. You should see copy of the instance of "bg" Movie Clip on the stage is selected.

14. Choose "Insert > Convert to Symbol..." (or press F8).

Name it as you like (I' ve named it "skyscraper"), choose Behavior: Movie Clip, Registration: low right corner. choose Behavior: Movie Clip, Registration: low right corner
15.Lock Layer 2.
16.Choose "skyscraper" Movie Clip in the Edit Symbols dialog:

Now we can edit "skyscraper" Movie Clip

17.Lock Layer 1 and insert new Layer

18. Zoom in your Movie Clip.
19. Choose "View >". Uncheck Snap to Objects, check Snap to Pixels. Snap to Pixels
20. Choose Line Tool (or press N) Choose Line Tool (or press N)
In the Properties window choose hairline In the Properties window choose hairline
21. Choose details of your picture where you want to place the effect.
Draw a line accurately.

22. Lock Layer 2 and insert new Layer. Draw a second line for the next details.

23. Repeat step 22 for all other details.

Each line must be placed on their own layer !

Save file at this point.
24. Now return to Layer 2. Unlock it and click on the first keyframe.
You should see the line on the stage is selected.
Click once on this selected line - you can see their properties in the Properties window.
Change hairline to solid and set thickness to 2. line properties
Note: line thickness depends on details of your picture where you want to place the effect.
Usually thickness 2-3 pts works well.
25. Choose "Modify > Shape > Convert Lines toFills"

Our line has become the fill area.
