Change Tween to Motion

 

Lock this Layer.

34. Select Layer 1, click on a frame 60.

Press F5 or "Insert > Frame". Do the same thing for Layer 2.
35. Unlock Layer 11, click on a frame 30 of this Layer and press F6 (or "Insert > Keyframe")

36. Click on the keyframe 30 of the Layer 11, select the instance of "runner" Movie Clip and drag it to the end of line. drag instance
Lock Layer 11.
Press Ctrl+Enter or "Control > Test Movie". You should see the circle with radial gradient fill is moving behind the line.
37. Select Layer 2. Right click and choose Mask. set Mask
Test your Movie (Ctrl+Enter). Now you should see the effect.
38. Now we have to make our effect more realistic.
Select Layer 11. Click on a frame 5 of this Layer and insert keyframe (F6). Do the same thing for frame 26.

Unlock Layer 11. Select first keyframe. Click on the instance of "runner" Movie Clip on the stage.

In the Properties window change Color to Alpha and set value to 0%. alpha settings
Do the same thing for the last keyframe of Layer 11. Lock Layer 11.
Test your Movie. The effect is improved.
39. Select Layer 3 (the second line is placed there), click on a frame 60 and insert frame (F5).
Select Layer 2 and insert new Layer. Click on a frame 5 of this new Layer and insert keyframe(F6).

Open the Library (F11). Find "runner" Movie Clip and drag it to the stage, move new instance to the start of second line.

In the Properties window change Tween to Motion.
Click on a frame 35 of this Layer and insert keyframe (F6). Drag the instance of "runner" Movie Clip from the start to the end of the second line (see step 36). Repeat step 38 for this Layer.
Lock this Layer.
40. Unlock Layer 3, select the second line and in the Properties window change hairline to solid and set thickness to 2.
Repeat step 25 for second line. Right-click on Layer 3 and choose Mask.
Test your Movie. Now the effect exists for 2 lines.
41. The same way place effects for all other lines. Insert frames where you need.

Change background color back to white (see step 26)
Save file as "first_01.fla"
DOWNLOAD .fla (first_01.fla)
42. If you are not satisfied with effects:
1) try to change place of keyframes in the timeline
2) play with Alpha settings for each Movie Clip instances
3) return to step 23, draw lines more accurately
4) return to step 24, play with the line thickness
43. Delete Layer 1(where instance of "bg" Movie Clip is placed). Save your fla. file.
