REFUND POLICY: Cancellation of the design project at the request of the Purchaser must be made in writing. Cancellation of any web design project will result in a refund to the Purchaser of all fees paid, minus the amount already incurred in the development of the project by the date of cancellation. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Purchaser within 10 days of notification to stop work. Cancellation refunds will be processed and mailed within 5 (five) business days of the cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original.
